I could hear her playing right outside the (locked) door
and called out, "That you, Lex?"
"It's not Lexi. It's a banana." she replied.
"A banana??" I asked.
And she chuckled,
"I was just teasing.
It's not a banana.
It's me.
It's Lexi."
